I (in addition to the other members) will be updating ERA's blog from now on. I am writing this under a pen name for clear reasons. If there is an Amanda Benson, I apologize. I will be blogging as well as stating the events.
Equal Rights Ainlay is a student group at Harry Ainlay High School. The group was born out of the realization that both homophobia and sexism are issues frequently ignored at Harry Ainlay, something we are out to change! We hope to do so by raising awareness within the school, and creating a safe and healthy environment to talk about the issues. Hopefully, we will have discussions involving all viewpoints, which will help build understanding and help create equality for all!
